We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia. You are also responsible for any customs or import fees. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

How to Return Your Order in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@riverlyne.com about your return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Make sure the email contains the following:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for the return
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • Your first and last name
  • Your address

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you receive return instructions, send your item to the address provided. Please use a traceable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order, please follow our return policy outlined above.

Important Notes

  • Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition with labels and tags attached and no signs of use.
  • We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
